All monthly reservations are subject to a $100 deposit at the time of booking. No exceptions.

Laundry Rates
Washer/Dryer
It is a $1.50 a load to wash and $1.50 a load to dry.
Please keep track of your loads for the month and pay with your rent at the beginning of each month.
Late Fees and Refunds
Rent is due on your due date, no exceptions. If it is not paid a 10% late fee will be assessed.
No refunds at all. If you decide to leave early for any reason, Savage Creek RV Park will NOT issue a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Nightly and Weekly Reservations
$50 fee unless 72 hour notice is given
Monthly Reservation
$100 fee unless 3 week notice is given.
